1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping:

Standard (5-8 Business Days): $10

Express (3 Business Days): $25

Local Delivery

Local Delivery (3-5 Days): Free

Local Delivery (1-2 days): $20

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. All in stock orders are shipped within 2 business days via USPS. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us.

4. RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition with tags attached. Items on sale are not eligible for returns. We CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS of FINAL SALE items or CLEARANCE items. They are non-refundable and non-exchanged. Please do not return final sale items. Please be sure ALL items are accompanied by an original receipt. Kindly let us know the reason for your return. This will help us take better care of your needs in the future.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS OR LOST PACKAGES

Posh Woman LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information when you receive your order confirmation email. You can make changes to your information or order - only - if the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. If a package is shipped with the incorrect shipping information, we must wait for the package to be returned to us - and then you must repurchase a new shipping label.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through the air transportation in the U.S. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may required a different shipping method
