Thank you for your purchase from Posh Woman LLC. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.

 

Policy Details

You can return your item 7 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Gift Cards. These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Posh Woman LLC strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

 

Process Details

To return your purchase from Posh Woman LLC, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Posh Woman LLC will process your return and will let you know if the return/refund was approved or not. If approved, Posh Woman LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed and in some instances, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
